Award-winning vegan restaurant Stem + Glory opened its flagship London branch on 14th January 2019.

The London venue follows on from the success of the existing restaurants in Cambridge.

Stem + Glory will be offering its delicious gourmet plant-based food in the exclusive new Bart’s Square development (60 Bartholomew’s Close, EC1A 7BF).

A bright and contemporary space has a feature acoustic wall, and a chef’s table overlooking the busy central open kitchen serving up vegan breakfast, brunch, lunch, evening dining and special tasting menu events.

The menu is contemporary, and accessible, aiming to draw a wide audience from those who are seeking simple and delicious vegan food, alongside those seeking a more gastronomic vegan dining experience.

Louise Palmer-Masterton, Founder of Stem + Glory said: “The backdrop to our success has been the rapid and exponential shift in attitudes towards plant-based cuisine, London has become a European hub for plant-based dining, and we are looking forward to being a part of this exciting movement in the capital.”

Stem + Glory Bart’s Square will be serving a new menu of breakfast, brunch, fast eat-in and take-away lunch and a new vegan evening dining concept of sharing plates, cocktails and mocktails. There will be a well-stocked vegan bar of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Regular special events and tasting menus are expected to sell out in advance, following the precedent set in Cambridge where seven-course tasting menus are sold out within hours of announcing.

Stem + Glory was born of a passion for plant-based food and a desire to make vegan food not only available but delicious.  With the rise of both veganism and flexitarianism, Stem + Glory believe this Veganuary launch is perfectly timed to bring fantastic vegan food to the heart of London.
